With a professional background in culinary arts spanning more than 30 years, Arthur Rivaldo is a renowned chef and entrepreneur known for his innovative and delicious seafood dishes.

Making a significant impact on the local dining scene, Arthur and Melanie Rivaldo were the founding minds behind Hogsnappers, where they spent years perfecting their menu between 2008 and 2018, making it a local favorite. As a co-owner and the head chef, Arthur played a crucial role in the lasting success of Hogsnappers in Tequesta, where his vision and creativity have been celebrated for over 10 years.

Arthur’s commitment to culinary excellence and innovative seafood offerings has cemented his reputation as a top chef. While his legacy at Hogsnappers continues, his culinary journey has taken a new and exciting turn at Hooked on State Street and now Hooked on Jupiter, where he unveils a menu rich in creativity and flavor, designed to impress and promise an everlasting taste that will keep you coming back for more.

Roberto has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He opened and managed Carmine’s La Trattoria as well as Carmine’s Ocean Grill of Palm Beach Gardens and was the owner and creator of Casa Mia. He is a master of operations with a gift for connecting with clientele and building rapport with people in the community. He has an extensive love and knowledge of food and wine.
